European Malaria Reference Reagent Repository

Welcome to the European Malaria Reference Reagent Repository. The purpose of this repository is to share useful reagents with members of the EMVDA Consortium and the wider malaria research community. The overall aim of the EMVDA is the development of effective vaccines against malaria. This official website represents a virtual repository. All reagents are physically held by the laboratories responsible for creating and/or maintaining each reagent. The recording of a reagent in this repository means by implication that it is available to all members. In practice, immediate access to any one reagent may depend on availability. The aim of sharing these reagents is to assist in the standardisation and comparison of assays between labs and to enhance the strong element of co-operation already present in this consortium. This repository has been further funded by the Wellcome Trust through its Biomedical Resources scheme. Please contact us if you have any requests or queries about the repository.
