Subclones of CH150 are probably OK. Clones marked "A" are from an admission blood sample taken on Day 0 (zero). Clones marked "R" are from the recrudescence sample taken on Day 21

History:
The patient was a 22-year-old Thai marine stationed at Pongnamron in eastern Thailand. He was admitted into a Royal Thai Navy-US Navy drug trial at Fort Taksin Hospital, Chantaburi in October 1983.
